i am surprised esstech made crystal based soundcards. there is no mention of it in their old esstech.com website (use wayback). attached is a limited but handy crystal driver. i hope this helps.

CWD* looks like a crystal-based sound card to me. have a look at my ESS ISA drivers.

qhimem has been superseded by xmgr from the same author. shsucdx was forked and updated. there is also uide, a driver that works as ide/sata/udma/cd/dvd and cache driver all-in one. lastly, rdisk, a simple xms ramdisk provider. http://johnson.tmfc.net/dos/

cmi8x38 drivers from cmi website. there were about three variants but it think this was the latest and works for all.
