Leolo: if you want to use doublescanning you have to use scaler=normal2x cauze doublescanning option doesn't work with very small resolutions (320x200, 320x240, 300x400). Those resolutoins are already doublescanned, and would require quadscanning. By the way - I supposed nVidia limited refresh rate …

If I wanted to show how good LAPC-I/CM-32 can be against Adlib/SB/SB16 I would use Lure Of The Temptress. This game shows the biggest difference. But it also shows the biggest difference when comparing LAPC-I to MT-32. You need LAPC-I or CM-32L for this game, not MT-32 😀

by the way it is important to know that with double scanning you need to use lower refreshrates (cause it really uses higher resolutions) So it is important to lock lower refreshrates in "refresh rate override" section of your Display Property nVidia has blocked acces to "refresh rate override" …

There is nothing wrong in Dosbox MPU-401 emulation in this case. I have just checked this game with my LAPC-I on a 386 machine. The game plays only sound effects with Roland. HunterZ: That is why you won't hear anyting on MT-32 cause it doesn't have sound effects.
