I don't know if you already know or not, but its not in the compatability thing..

You can play the newest CD version of Day of the Tentacle (2001 dott/s&m double CD) straight from the CD with all sound if you enable the diagnostic report under troubleshooting in the VDMSound LaunchPad.

What doesn't?
Yeah, enabling the diagnostic stuff slows down DOTT just enough for the silly game to detect AdLib (which it won't do otherwise).
But it's better to use MIDI anyway, which is what is recommended in the compatibility DB.
