Neither one of first two Tex Murphy games is working fine.

Tex Murphy 1: Mean Streets (1989) - starts to play, but motion is slow and after a while game stops at all. No sound, no music.

Tex Murphy 2: Martian Memorandum (1991) - starts to play and works fine with music and sound, but freezes at some point (when I want to use some item).
