EDIT: so it turns out there is an issue with sega even after an okay to make the game.

...it is still out there , you need to look in "grey zoned" sites

hashes for the download will be great... that way one can make sure what's in the wild is the same as what was released 😉

yeah but, you have to know the key words the put them under or you won't be able to find it.

well i got to see the game, i actually have a lot of nit picks. There are things they could have done better, not bad at all thought they could have balanced out what they did better. there are some things that they didn't really need added in the game.
