Sorry forgot to add pics. Taken before I added the backup drive and Ditto dash card.

Hmmm, you know that you could edit or add to your previous topic right?
Also, i think the folks here prefer it if you host pictures on an external site and not on the forum itself.

Nice looking system BtW, very clean 😉

Nice screen! 😁

Clean looking machine too.

I had a Samsung Dynaflat 17" back in the day. It was the original model, with the perfectly flat screen. Not the cheaper remake with the beveled glass front which made it appear flat, but it actually wasn't. I think mine had an insane dot pitch, something like .20, and made a nicer looing, crisper picture than my Diamond Mitsubishi 17".

Samsung did once rule the mid-range CRT market.
And I did once have so much money I could afford THREE brand new monitors in a single month.

Those were happier times...

Thanks! Actually that machine has gone through many iterations since these photos. The Samsung monitor is now attached to my OS/2 machine, and I have a 17" KDS on this 486 now.

I'm looking to build an "ultimate 486" (my own version) now, just waiting on a nice PCI mobo, but with my current shortage of AT style cases I probably need to put that on the back burner.

Yeah, I've had some happier times, too, oh well, onward I guess.
