I never got around to installing Windows 98 on this system as WinXp have served me good, but I do believe it is possible. I got Win98 on my Tualatin system with 1gb of RAM.

It's finished yes, but I just not got around to installing Windows 98 on it. If you read my first post in this thread, this build was mainly intended for WinXP.

...well with some luck and fussing W98 *could* go in there if it really had to - if the chipset drivers were XP/W98 compatible, Geforce drivers supported the 6800GT under W98 [or you found modded ones], and applied the RLOEW ram patch with success...

I guess he dont want to buy RLOWEs software.. But iam think iam going it to do.. Because there isnt any other solution available.

checkout MSFN forums, more specifically the 98 section they drivers for stuff as late as socket 775.
