In such a case I just use sata2molex adapters (I once bought a whole lot of those as I felt these would come in handy one day)

You might also cut out Molex connectors from the discarded Allied PSU and solder them on the Cooler Master wiring.

PSU's? I heard AcBel made great power supplies. I have a 550 Watt one driving my core 2 duo backup system. You can pick them up cheap too.
