I just slapped this computer together. I do have some 1990’s Beige computer cases in my Garage but I am too LAZY to pull them out.
So this will have to do for now.

Specs:
CPU - Intel Pentium lll 933mhz.
Mother Board - Asus CUSL2
RAM - 256mb SDRAM 133
Graphic - Voodoo-3 2000 , agp ( 16mb )
Sound card - Creative Sound blaster Live 5.1
Operating Systems - Win-98 and Win-2000

Yeah, I was thinking about switching the Sound card for a AWE64 or Sound Blaster Vibra 16c

Which sound card do you think provides the best compatibility with Win98 Games ?

Quake III
Half-Life
Unreal
C&C Renegade
NFS:PU

i386 16 ⇒ i486 DX4 100 ⇒ Pentium MMX 200 ⇒ Athlon Orion 700 | TB 1000 ⇒ AthlonXP 1700+ ⇒ Opteron 165 ⇒ Dual Opteron 856

For something that's slapped together it's pretty decent spec.
The SB16 or AWE are more for dos, the Live is far far better in windows.

Quake 3 and Unreal are the goto benchmarks for this era but this rig is perfect for just about any Win9x era game

Nice system! I like that the black case's color scheme still works well with beige drives.

Back in the day, when beige was becoming un-cool, I built a computer with an Antec case in "performance grey". That was great... except nobody makes optical or floppy drives in performance grey. I realized this was a mistake after I put the computer together. What a silly awkward era of computing that was...

I don't know if it's the same color as that Antec, but some drives (and even keyboards) that were intended for HP and Sony systems came in gray.

Those on V3-2000 with a Coppermine will be miserable especially Renegade which needs GF3 for smooth gameplay.

Now playing: Red Faction on 2003 Acrylic build

Very Nice. Pretty much the same specs as my P3. Your case is super nice though.
