The new release sounds much improved. Prince of Persia 1 music is now crystal clear and so good that I can hardly make out any differences to the original MT-32. The same goes for Monkey Island and Ultima Underworld.

Some problems remain, though. In the Prince of Persia 2 intro there are some very loud scratching noises to the end. Also, in Wing Commander 1&2 there are some minor off-tune issues. I'd like to know if you have tested the emulator also with these two games, canadacow. One of the best pieces of music ever written for the MT-32 is imho Prince Thrakath's theme in the intro of WC2. It is played when he (Thrakath) discusses the plans for the war with Kasra.

Btw, it is the general noisiness related to the filter?
