They're stalling. They waited until AFTER the required date set by our counsel (well, Dean's counsel) to send that FAX which says they need more time. This is just fucking stupid.

Just to clarify, in what capacity is counsel acting precisely? Maybe it means something different there than here (much like solicitor means something completely different 😉, but here at least if counsel were acting in anything beyond providing advice pursuant to a legal brief then there'd most likely be some sort of court proceedings already, which I don't think there are?

Wasn't the Roland MT-32 developed in Japan? Almost 20 years down the line they'll be hard pressed to find the original samples for the roms themselves.
