Without any additional frontends is there a way to switch id of midiconfig (via command line for example) while DosBox is already loaded?

What I wish to achieve in the end is to have a bat file for particular games that need to use non-default midiconfig as I tend to use a single default dosbox.conf to launch DOS file manager to browse to any game. Games with special needs like mounting an image have this bat file with instructions to carry those out.
