I modified a parameter (fullscreen=true), but am unable to save dosbox.conf . When I try to overwrite it,i get this message:

Cannot create the C:\Program_files\DOSBox-0.72\dosbox.conf file. Make sure that the path and file name are correct.

Any remedies to this?

"Program_files", not "Program Files"?

if you are using Vista or a resticted user Setup of XP you most likely have not the correct rights to edit the file. Right click on it and assign yourself the rights to write to the file.
