ok thanks
Can't you just upgrade to at least vs2003?
what do you mean with upgrade?
... what shoul'd be upgraded?
I need the functions of the newest dosbox version and must add a date update.
thats very important !
what do you mean with upgrade?
What visual studio are you using at the moment?
I need the functions of the newest dosbox version
What function do you need of the "newest" dosbox?
aside from moving on to Visual Studio (or Visual C++) versions later than #6,
you can always try using the (free) combination of MinGW and MSYS,
see e.g.

My latest build (homepage) has a date update (not in sync with real time).
1+1=10
how does it sync?
at program start and then the time drifts as it likes
1+1=10
with which command i can control the date?
All my patch adds is 23:59 -> 00:00 + 1 day (and month/year if needed) instead of 24:00.
1+1=10
mkay but how can i see it on the sceen?
is there a command like "date" or something else?
If you need that you can boot DOS inside DOSBox.
1+1=10
If you need to now what the current time is, you could do something like:
C:\>echo > date.nowC:\>dir date.now
Note: This will not give you DOSBox's internal date - it will be the date/time of the underlying (real) operating system.

how do you mean that?
if i start dosbox its the actuall date
but how can i control after midnight that the date changed?
@ h-a-l-9000:
In your newest Version there is a bug, ...
.. if it is the end of the month, the jumt to the next month is not korrekt.
if 29.02 then at midnight its 02.03
or it's the 30:03 at midnight its 00.04
i would say the date jumb is incorrect. (sorry for double post)
