If you have a program with dosbox where if you try to use the install.exe or setup.exe files from within the program, and it asks you to insert the floppy or CD (thinking you have them) should you mount the directory as the CD and run it from there like this

mount C: C:\oldgames\PQ1 -iotcl
cd pq1
install

CD-ROM letter should be greater than C.

I would do:

mount c c:\oldgames
mount d C:\oldgames\PQ1 -t cdrom
d:
install
