I just installed Word Perfect 6.0 in dosbox on my xp laptop (thanks to the mods here great help thanks again) the whole purpose of this was to be able to print on a newer printer. So in word perfect it asks me to select a printer and gives me a directory path to look for the printers, 1. where the heck does MS put the printer drivers when I install them 2. Does this have any chance of working. I am hoping that dosbox can connect the old legacy software/hardware with the current way to print in XP any help greatly appreciated I am simply trying to get my dads business backed up

You need a specially printing-enabled DOSBox build to print.

Intel i7 5960X
Gigabye GA-X99-Gaming 5
8 GB DDR4 (2100)
8 GB GeForce GTX 1070 G1 Gaming (Gigabyte)

How feasible would you say this is? I am ready to give up 🤣. I have thought bout maybe freelancing and programmer to make one that would work in dos but this way seemed more logical, once again guys thanks for your help.

Use the Search, Luke.
There are plenty of threads here about how to, and how not to, print from DOSBox.

This question is asked so often that a "printing in DOSBox" FAQ/guide would be a good idea.
