I just want you to know, that proprietary software exists, that uses our DOSbox trademark !

Their software is not related to our DOSbox, but we need to warn them to stop using "DOSbox" term and rename their software.

If anyone could tell anyone to stop using the name Dosbox it would be them. Their Dosbox is older than "ours".
Trademarks are nearly unenforceable unless they are registered (and I doubt DOSBox has been) and when they have been registered need to be published by adding (tm) (sr) or rights reserved marks depending on territories in the world.
Since that isn't done on the official DOSBox page or in the source, I'm thinking the collective authors don't care much, and why should they really. It's not like DOSBox is a brand with a for-profit agenda, it's made by enthusiasts for enthusiasts.
