Hello, so is there any way for me to map say the keypad keys to mimic joystick axes so that I can make a program run through dosbox think my keypad is a joystick? Specifically I'm trying to play Star Rangers, but the game does not seem to let me fly the ship without an actual joystick.

Dosbox .74
Lenovo Thinkpad
Windows Vista Business 64-bit
2.4ghz dual core
4GB RAM

Set joysticktype=2axis in your dosbox config file and use the mapper to re-map
the virtual joystick buttons/axes there to keys.

Hey thanks, I did that and it did work. The strange problem that I keep encountering however is that the joystick is never centered in game even when I am not pressing any keys. Any idea what would cause that? I've tried running through the recalibration with no luck.
