hi all, sorry if this is obvious but is there a way to import my old profiles from version v0.60, which did not have an export feature, to v0.73, or should I re-do the profiles manually? There is a "Migrate Profiles" function in v0.60 but I'm not sure if that's relevant. Thanks.

No, latest time the config file format has been changed, was in 0.65, which isn't compatible. And there is no way to export/import changes between.

First of all it's version 0.74 now and apart from the autoexec section you are better off trying the defaults of 0.74 anyway
