Official SVN is at the SF location. You mean an official SVN BUILT! But there is no official one. The one you link seems to be as close as it gets though.

Just thought I'd let anyone that is interested know that I managed to resolve the original error (This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem) by installing MS .Net Framework 2.0 with SP1 also applied. No idea why this worked, but it did! strangely just installing .net 2.0 did not resolve it, it was only resolved after applying the SP1 update.
