Im not sure what to call this problem but i have searched everywhere and i cannot find a solution to my specific problem. I open DOSbox and it goes fullscreen. I typ in "mount c c:\oldgames" (oldgames being the file I keep my games in.) I then type in c: to open up the game file. (this is not game specific, as i have it with all games) When i try to change the directory to the game that i want to play, (i.e. "cd themep' ) it ALWAYS comes up with "unable to change to: themep" I am extremely frustrated as i have tried many games and i always get the same thing. i have tried uninstalling dosbox and installing again. I tried the quick way by dragging the zip file to the dosbox application, and i have tried using D-Fend reloaded and dosshell. What do i do? I am on windows 7. Also, when i drag the zip file into dosbox (the quick way) it gives me a black screen and then it crashes.

Are you trying to CD a zip file?
And what happens when you do

Mount c c:\
c:
cd oldgames

Ask clockwise:
Why are you zipping the games?

Well, we don't support software piracy here so you should go ask at the abandonware site where you downloaded the games.
