Is there a way to insert a delay of specified duration in a batch file, like you could in DOS with the SLEEP command? Either a built-in command I'm missing, or a DOS-compatible program I can download?

Apologies if this has been asked and answered a million times already; I searched the forum and wiki and couldn't find anything, and the only SLEEP.EXE program I found was for Windows.

That would be the original DOS command I'm trying to replicate, but there's nothing there I can download and use within DOSBox.

Again, nothing there I can download, at least for that individual program. I did download the CD image, but there doesn't seem to be any way to extract it without installing the entire OS, and I don't have a spare computer lying around.

Ah. I missed that on account of them not being actual links; I think my eyes just passed over them. Thanks. 😀
