I have tried to print using the virtual printer patch included in Moe's cvs-build.

However, each time I try to print something (for example: dir > lpt1, just for testing), only a short cracky sound reminds me that something is actually happening. NO ps file is being created, though.

Which directory is "the dosbox directory" under linux, anyway? My self-compiled dosbox (official build without printer patch) is located in /usr/local/bin; Moe's build I extracted to /home/kruwi/dosbox; finally, my virtual c: drive is /home/kruwi/dosprog. So, I guess /home/kruwi/dosbox is the dosbox directory if I execute Moe's build (home/kruwi/dosbox/./dosbox -conf dosbox.conf) and /usr/local/bin is dosbox' directory if run the official build, right? Or is it /home/kruwi/dosprog (my virtual c: drive)?

Can someone help me answer these questions?

Ok, I will try to disable "disney" immediately.

Anyway: what is "disney"???? Sorry for this dumb question. 😊 😊

OK!!! I'm obviously ble to print. A file "page1.png" is created in the directory "/home/kruwi/dosbox" (the directory containing Moe's build). But in the terminal window, the following error message appears: Unable to load font roman.ttf.

But the file "roman.ttf" is actually also in the /home/kruwi/dosbox directory. Or do I have to put the fonts somewhere else????

The output file "page1.png" is blank white ... (probably due to the " font file not found" error???).

P.S.: I tried to test printing with the "c:\> dir > lpt1" command.
