some filtering should be possible especially as ascii 26 ^Z is the end of file sign in dos text files.

In my experience with running DOSBox from the Terminal, if you have spaces in your directory or filenames in MacOS, you have to enclose the pathname in quotes.

e.g. "/Volumes/mine/Users/Library/Preferences/DOSBox preferences"

Can DOSBOx be used to install/run windows programs on Mac??
