Digger Remastered works perfectly on DOSBox 0.65, but it works very fast on versions 0.70 and 0.71. Slowing it down make it unplayable. The original Digger doesn't work at all.
Can you fix it?

Before you run that game, try the cycles command:
C:\>cycles 3000
C:\>digger.exe

Works very well for me - what parameters are you using?
Make sure to set machine=cga (the original Digger has always required CGA or a very close compatible, like many other Windmill games... never worked on my EGA and VGA machines back in the day). As for other paramaters, your mileage may vary, but try core=normal and cycles=450.
(the above applies to the original, non-remastered version... when you have DOSBox, the original beats the "remaster" anyway, especially in the sound department) 😀
1. who can i run it without changing to CGA every time?
2. what about the new version? it will be fixed in your next release?
1) use different dosbox.conf's
2) works fine
Hmm. Andrew Jenner's remake has the same sound as I remember it from the original.
