Hello, everybody! I need help with Dosbox! Here is the problem. At first, I could set Dosbox to full screen without any problems whatsoever. Then, one day, for no apparent reason, Dosbox could not become full screen! Whenever I click "Alt+Enter", the following message will appear in the Dosbox console:

"Exit to error: Could not set fullscreen video mode 640x400-32: No video mode large enough for 640x400"

After that message in the console, the whole application exits. I only get this error whenever I attempt to start Dosbox in full screen. Before this, I had no problem whatsoever! So strange! I hope you all are able to help me. Thank you!

What are your graphic settings in dosbox.conf? Have you tried recreating a new config file or using a different sdl.dll version?

I have reinstalled Dosbox various times. But that did not solve the problem. BTW, how to use a different sdl.dll version? Anyway, thanks for you speedy reply! 😀

You can do that by just copying the sdl.dll (from a different version) into your DOSBox folder.

I have managed to make Dosbox to work properly again! I reinstalled my graphics driver and Dosbox began to work properly again. So it seems that the graphics driver was causing the problem. Anyway, thank you, eL_PuSHeR, for trying to help me. 😀 Thanks!
