Sorry if this pisses anybody off with the naivety of it, but I can't follow the ReadMe (hell, I could barely even find it) and I can't figure out how to even install The Dig, let alone play it on Vista. Seems like it needs to be installed first, but I can't even get past that part.

Works fine in dosbox, too.

Look at the guides forum, there are step-by-step explanations.
Basically mount some directory as your c: drive, then your real
cdrom as d: drive, then install the game within dosbox.

60 Seconds Guide to DOSBox.

If that doesn't help, come back with details on how you mounted your C and D drives, how you did the install, how you configured sound, music etc.

The Dosbox game forum would be ok, but not really necessary since it has been solved. The topic was about a game with Dosbox, that it later became a "scummvm works fine, thank you" is just collateral damage 😀
So everyone stop spamming a solved thread 😀
