Will DOSBox ever support wildcards in DOS commands? There are some batch files for some of my games or addons that use wildcards, and I find myself having to edit the batch files and remove the wildcard lines and flattening them out, if I can. Is there another way to get standard DOS commands to work within DOSBox?

Thanks in advance for the help!
Jim

You could boot real MS-DOS in DOSBox.

Or you could write a little CMD-file that 1) Edited those BAT-files, 2) Launched DOSBox.

DOSBox does support wildcards on filespecs for copying and deleting; what's an example of what isn't working?

You could also try using a command shell like 4DOS, which will even handle stuff like the FOR command without booting a real DOS.
