If I do this

Z:\>IMGMOUNT D C:\Images\MyImage.iso -t iso

does this mean that that in dosbox the iso image will be read as D:

Why don't you just try it?! The readme/docs should explain everything.

Btw, if you mount a CUE, you're not mounting an ISO image, but a BIN image.

I am trying to follow the guide but there is a lot of jargon involved my friend

when you say try it is that because you knew it would not work?
