Well it was a shareware title rather than a boxed game, at least primarily...

Let me remind you that Id Software sold most of their DOS stuff through the shareware model... Wolf3D, Doom, Quake... shareware hardly defines importance or cost. Also, I believe CK6 was sold through retail. 😉
