As you will know, in real DOS the mouse pointer will normally be visible only when some program enables it. In full-screen DOSBox, it is visible from the start, until some program DISables it. Is this intentional? I always run a small .COM program that does XOR AX,AX / INT 33 / INT 20 from autoexec, which will make the "problem" disappear, so this is not really a problem, just a question.
Another thing is the fact that the mouse pointer will appear in the middle of the screen when first enabled, but will then jump to the lower right corner the moment I first begin to move it. This is not a real problem either, but slightly annoying. Is this also intentional?
As for specs: this is on Windows 7 x64, Windows XP SP3 32-bit, and Ubutu Lucid beta 64-bit, with the newest DOSBox SVN code, compiled with VC++ 2008 Express as a 32-bit app in the Windows case. Core2Quad, Nvidia GTX 260 with newest drivers. Configuration is attached.
EDIT: Forgot to mention, the XP machine is a netbook with rather lower specs, 1,6 GHz Atom CPU and Intel built-in graphics. W7 and Linux is my Desktop.
