Hey people. So I have a .bin file of this game which I mount with Daemon tools. Thats all good but then it comes to actually loading the game with the .exe I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do. This is the first command line based emu I have had to use. So please be gentle. Thanks heaps

My mind is going, I can feel it.

I had the actual CD and had made .bin of it to back it up because i knew I would inevitably loose it. I am able to open it with Daemon tools but when it comes to installing it, I get a message saying the OS is incompatible which is obvious. I just need to know how to install it using DOSbox, specifically the commands.

My mind is going, I can feel it.

Forum Index :: DOS ::
That's an interesting trick.
Also it's usually a BIN/cue set.

Do you mean DOSBox? Since you haven't post anything to indicate that's what you're using.

Make a folder C:\DOSGAMES
Place the BIN/cue set in that folder. Let's assume it's called IHNMAIMS.
In DOSBox type this:
MOUNT C C:\DOSGAMES -t dir -freesize 400
IMGMOUNT D C:\DOSGAMES\IHNMAIMS.cue -t iso
D:
INSTALL

Hey people especially SKARDAVNELNATE, its now installed. However I cannot locate my sound drivers in the sound set up. I have realtech drivers and for some reason they were not showing up.

Sorry I managed to fix the sound issue, but why is it I cannot just go into dosbox and type scream to play the game once I have closed dosbox? Its absurd if I have to keep doing the above steps every time I want to play.

Wow mate you truly are an insightful cat. Not only do you not indicate what I'm meant to be looking for in the dosbox readme, but you also seem to forget I HAVE LITTLE EXPERIENCE WITH COMMAND LINE!!. I mean jesus, I ask a few bloody questions and all I get is indignation. I just want the freaking game working and all the setting properly configured. Is that too much to ask? I don't need some bloody twat thinking they're better then me because I happen to miss a readme.
