Hello!

I'm using one old DOS program with DosBox. This program also uses keys such as CTRL+F4, CTRL+F10 etc. In DosBox this shortcuts are reserved for special keys.
I was playing with mapper, but I don't know how to configure that CTRL+F4 is function in program and not special key.
