Well, after reinstalling DosBox 0.74 I did the GUS drivers install. Not 3.59 but 4.11.
Trouble is - GUS setup can't find the hardware if SB is enabled.

Configurations are a220 i7 d1 h5 for SB and 240,3,3,5,5 for GUS.

Setup output: Setup cannot locate the UltraSound Card

If you have already installed the card into your system, this may be
because the base I/O address you have chosen for the UltraSound is
already in use. Setup can perform a scan to find possible free
I/O address.

If the GUS port set to 210 or others - UNAVAIABLE string also go to this port adress.
With sbtype=none GUS software installed w/o troubles (except no NMI, but this is another thread).

Any suggestions?
P.S. 1) with 3.59 there is no such trouble.
2) I don't test upgrade from 3.59 to 4.11.
3) Please not say something like "use 3.59". The 4.11 is a way better.
