you need to fix your caps lock key, perhaps D-Fend doesn't like all uppercase or the game detects the capslock key locked and doesn't work because of that... 😀
also double/cross posting is not neceassary...

Run LOADFIX before running the game. You won't have this problem with the original booter, only with the DOS-conversion.
