I tried do control a DOS program with SendKeys (VB.NET). The program's reaction is always "Back to DOS?" which usually occurs, when the ESC-Button is pressed.

I tried

1usescancodes=false

in the config-file without success.

Does somebody know a solution?

Have a nice apocalypse!

You have to be more verbose. What program and what does sendkey do?

Funnily enough, we had exactly this same thread last month.
How to read out the screen

Presumably SendKeys programmatically sends keystrokes to a particular Windows application.

Controlling application in DOSBox from outside suggests SDL functions should be used instead.
