Ok, you probably thought when you clicked on this "Oh great, someone asking for support for a SVN build", you would be wrong if you thought that. I know what SVN builds are, I know how to get support for them (not here) and I know how to use them, I am just wondering if you know of any that can mount and read VHD files, because I was thinking how easy it would be instead of messing with an actual folder to (totally not) install windows 98/95 using an SVN build cough cough, and maybe I just have to settle for the folder method but it would be much more cleaner. and before you say "USE MICROSOFT VIRTUAL PC DURP!!" or "USE VIRTUALBOX" I tried them, they give me cruddy fps and Microsft PC only goes up to 16mb video ram. So, I'm gonna cut my rant short and just say, do you know if there is an SVN build that allows mounting of VHD files?

1. no
2. you can't install Windows 95 to a folder in Dosbox (unlike Windows 3.x). You need to have a disk image to imgmount and install to.

There's 2 types of VHD files - dynamic and fixed. Supporting fixed VHDs would be easy, since these are basically just raw images with some geometry info at the end. I've actually added some code to imgmount to support these images (no, it's not available anywhere, it wasn't even tested if it works).
Dynamic images are much harder since not all of the VHD format is documented. I don't know if DOSBox could even handle dynamic images...
