When I have a DOSBox window open to a folder and then paste a file in that folder using Windows Explorer (outside of the DOSBox world), if I then execute a DIR command, DOSBox does not see the new file. Unless I exit and restart DOSBox, it does not see the new file.

Is there a key combination or a way to tell DOSBox to re-read or refresh the file list for the current folder so it will see that new file?
