Oops! Big mistake I wrote mount c c:\

Then mounted d d:\

Both were mounts were successful. I ran dosbox and got to Z: When I changed the directory to d: entered the file name and I received the following message: File-> find:c, line->56 could not locate cd

So I uninstalled Dosbox . After trying to reinstall it there were no files under the dosbox folder. I tried running it anyway and then type in the mount lines using the mount I should have tried in the first place. I had been internally mounting the files and drives in the options section since I only run one game so far. It showed the old mounting that when I started Dosbox. I end with the same error message.

I am running Colonization MS-DOS on Acer 1.03, Windows XP Home Version 5.1.26, Service pack 3, Intel (P) Atom(TM)
CPU N270 1.60 GHtz with .99 G RAM, 143 G Hard drive

Please tell me if and how I can fix this problem. I just love this old DOS game.

😵

Also, you should not mount the root of your C: drive. Mount a folder that you have write permissions instead.
