Given that dosbox isn't being updated too often, you could always try using the system tools.
If you have yum running, you could use that from a terminal (as root)
yum install dosbox
Or you could use whatever software installer is called on your version of Fedora (on my older version it's Add/Remove Software under Administration programs, but there's probably another one.)
Failing that, especially if the Fedora links are bad, I've always liked going to http://www.rpmfind.net/linux/RPM/ and finding the right distro version and architecture. Still have to worry about dependencies, but it does tend to show where to find them.
