Most of the ports (xbox,pocket pc...) haven't been done by the team of dosbox developers. I don't think any of them is planning a dosbox official port to other platforms. Anyway, this is open source, anyone can try to port it to whatever they want.
Anyway (yeah, need to improve my vocabulary) the GBA is way too slow to run dosbox and any game inside it.
