I just bought the following games at EB Games (brick and mortar, not online): System Shock, Seal Team, Lost Vikings, Shadows of Cairn, Space Hulk, Populous II, Blackthorne, Ultrabots, Two Towers, Normality, Star Reach, Wing Commander: Academy, and Wing Commander: Armada for 49 cents each. These were all new games on the spinner which holds discount games. The games are actually marked at 49 cents on the price sticker.

I have no idea how widespread this is, but if anyone's interested you might want to check it out.

For the record, I checked five other EB Games stores. None had the 49 cent DOS games, or the rack of games at all (including one that I knew had one until recently). I did find some cheap Windows games though.
