Trying to play Fleet Defender Gold with my Warthog stick and Viper throttle.
Mapper sees the Viper as a 6 axis device. I try to remap one of the axis to use the main throttle but it only sees input from the thumbstick. How do I get it to see the main throttle?

I don't have these controllers, but the Fleet Defender manual section for the Thrustmaster FCS/FCS Mark II WCS says to set the WCS II top switch to 'analog', and the hat controller switch to 'digital', to use it for analog throttle control (otherwise keypresses only).
Not sure how that translates to a later controller, but maybe something similar is available?
When I try to calibrate the throttle in the game, it does not see the throttle axis. DosBox is not passing the windows controller through to the game. Dos box only sees my throttle microstick axis. It also does not see the throttle main axis.

You have to set joysticktype (in the DOSBox configuration file) to fcs or ch to make it handle the extra axes from the input controller.
