I got some information about DOS/V games.
DOS/V games use PLAY5V.COM, which controls OPL3 chip(Sound Blaster 16) directly.
OPL3 chip was not so generally used, so getting source codes and
samples is not easy 🙁
But you can analyze PLAY5V.COM if you are persevering.

My Question : How well does DOSBox can emulate OPL3 sound?
When I played Nanpa2, I could hear every sounds and BGMs, but
some sounds(especially chordal sounds and drum sounds) was so jerky.

DOSBox (now) uses the OPL3 emulation from MAME, which was reverse-engineered from the chip itself as well as from official Yamaha datasheets and programming manuals. If anything is truly wrong with it, let me know. I try to be (when I have the time) the official contact between the VDMSound/DOSBox projects and the author of the OPL2/OPL3 emulation, Jarek Burczynski.

To clarify: please be certain that this choppiness is not due to the slowness of your computer. If a DOSBox developer can verify that this is happening, that would be useful.

dosbox only had opl3 emulation after the 0.61 release, so if your testing with 0.61 all your getting is opl2.

Harekiet, thank you. I downloaded and executed it just a minute ago,
and I could hear great sound.

Falcon 3: engine 'sound' is cut out in game. With any opl setting. Didn't have that problem before.
Btw. sky color is wrong in this game 😖

The new OPL3 "fixes" Lemmings 2 .. in the sense that sound effects no longer play; but there are no graphics glitches either. (I'm sure its
something to do with an Adlib block of memory being allocated at runtime..)
