It will not change the underlying code to the already compiled games unless DOSBox has a way of reverse engineering said game or if it can extract the source code out of it.

The DOSBox debugger however, was instrumental for certain reverse engineering projects that lead to some source ports.

I didn't know the debugger could be used like that, I assume it was dealing with decompiled code
