Try disabling joystick stuff (both in strike commander, as well as in dosbox.conf).

I disabled the joystick but it didn't resolve the problem. Could that be something about resolutions?

How did you disable the joystick? Try unplugging it.

I disabled from control panel. It should be the same, right?

Ok i solved it!! I forgot to unplug the gamepad too!! Now i hope in a future could play it with my Sidewinder!!
