I am trying to play The Settlers 1, Serf City and it has a multiplayer mode where it used to allow you to use two mice (good ol' dos days). The game let you choose between COM 1 and 4 for the 1st player's mouse and the 2nd player's mouse. Is there any way to enable this functionality inside DOS BOX and with USB mice?

Doesn't dosbox just incorporate and peripheral and make dos recognize it? so wouldn't the game notice the usb as a serial mouse?

no only with one usb/ps2 mouse and a com mouse

If you use a serial-to-USB adapter and a serial mouse, you could map the resulting hardware serial port in DOSBox, I think.

EDIT: Oops, that's in the megabuild.
