Hi,
when running that game in dos box 0.61 on the top of the screen there is a small strip that shows the same as the bottom of the normal screen does.
Looks just like a badly adjusted picture in cinema...

check game's readme. you have to add fullscreen=yes (or something like that) in the resource.cfg (or some similar file)

In the Toons Directory edit the resource.cfg and add

video = yes

at the end of the file...

But could you get the Soundblaster sound working?
