I have this old game relect jfk that I want to run o dosbox if possible her is what hapens
mount c c:/oldgames
mount d c:/oldgames/jfk -t cdrom
c:
cd c:/jfk
setup

then I get a message that says win setup.exe
illegal command win
what does that mean

DOSBox is not for Windows games.

To run games for win3.x you need to run them in win3.x
You may install win3.x in DOSBox, run it, and then run your game in Win3.x.
"win" - it tries to run win.com of Windows 3.x
