Weird. I patched the setup.com to use both Functions 00h and 10h for INT 16h (instead of 08h-Int 21h) and it's not working under DOSBox yet. It works under NTVDM though (although partially, because cursor keys aren't recognized - but you can use the highlighted shortcut keys). Here it is the setup.com hoping you will be able to see what's going on. My assembler knowledge is poor.

Confirmed, both your patched and the original setup.com work fine in cvs, but are broken in 0.63

You are right. I have just tested it under latest Ykhwong's CVS build. It works. But I was more interested in testing official 0.63 - Thanks anyway for all your kind help.
